Energy

Energy is the capacity or ability to do work or produce change. It exists in various forms, including kinetic (motion), potential (stored), thermal (heat), chemical, electrical, nuclear, and electromagnetic energy. Energy can be transformed from one form to another, but it cannot be created or destroyed, a principle known as the conservation of energy. In physical systems, energy is essential for processes such as movement, heating, and powering devices. It is measured in units such as joules, calories, or kilowatt-hours. In broader contexts, energy can also refer to the vigor or vitality of an individual or system, often described in terms of enthusiasm, effort, or focus.
